海洋建設株式会社は長年にわたり、大型船舶の水中検査、修繕船ドック入り(入出渠)にかかる潜水作業、ドックメンテナンス工事、岸壁のストックマネジメント業務などの潜水業務を行っています。
For many years, our company has been providing diving services, including In Water Survy, Under Water Inspections, diving operations related to ship entry and exit from dry docks, dock maintenance work, and stock management for wharves.

日本海事協会(NK)及びロイド船級協会(LR)による水中検査事業所の認定を受け、瀬戸内海や近畿地方を中心エリアに、ご指定の岸壁や錨地にて水中検査を行っています。また、売船に伴う検査も実施します。
We are an NK and LR-certified service provider. We conduct In Water Survy and Under Water Inspections at designated quays and anchorages, primarily in the Seto Inland Sea and the Kansai region. We also perform inspections in connection with the sale of vessels.

① 水中検査
船級協会の検査官や発注者の指示・指定箇所を潜水確認します。撮影は潜水士が有線式ビデオカメラで行い、その状況は陸上モニターで確認することができます。
①In Water Survy,Underwater inspection
We conduct In Water Survy and Under Water Inspections of designated areas in accordance with the instructions of classification society surveyors and clients. Divers use wired video cameras to capture footage, which can be viewed on monitors onshore.
② ダメージを受けた場合の船底検査
船底、ラダー、プロペラに受けたダメージについて、規模や状況を検査し、報告いたします。水中ビデオ、写真撮影を行います。
②Emergency hull bottom surveys in the event of damage or grounding.
We assess the extent and condition of any damage to the vessel's hull bottom, rudder, and propeller, providing comprehensive reports via video and photographic documentation.

① プロペラ研磨作業
プロペラの推進力を正常に保つため、着生した生物を除去するために研磨作業を行います。
①Propeller polishing work
To maintain optimal propeller thrust, we will perform propeller polishing to remove marine growth.
② シーチェストの開放掃除作業
シーチェストを開放し、内部の調査や清掃等を行います。
②Open cleaning work of sea chest
We will open the sea chest covers and perform internal cleaning and inspection.
③ アノード交換作業
消耗したアノードを水中で交換し、作業終了後には写真撮影を行います。
③Anode Replacement Work
We will replace the depleted anodes underwater and provide photographs to document the condition after replacement.
④ 止水作業
整備を実施する船体の排水口などの穴や、ダメージによりできた亀裂などに、木栓、水中ボンドなどを使用したり、水中溶接を行って、止水を行います。
④Water Sealing Work
We seal leaks caused by holes in the hull (such as drain outlets) or cracks resulting from damage by using wooden plugs, underwater adhesive, or underwater welding.
⑤ 纏絡（てんらく）物の除去作業
プロペラやラダーへ絡まったもの、巻き付いたものの状況を確認し、除去作業を行うと共に、その周辺部位の損傷や異常の有無を確認し、報告します。
⑤Removal of entangled objects
We will inspect the entanglement on the propeller and rudder, perform the removal work, and report on any damage or abnormalities in the surrounding areas.
